The garden is huge and beautifully maintained. The swimming pool is like the cherry on the cake. This 2 bedroom can easily accommodate up to 6 guests. To ensure you have a comfortable stay, housekeeping and the services of a caretaker are provided here. Our modern farmhouse will give you the peace and quiet you need, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There’s nothing more relaxing than taking a nice cool dip in the swimming pool after a long day. This can be followed up by sipping a beverage of your choice while embracing the spectacular view of the setting sun. Inside, farmhouse flaunts marble flooring and recessed lighting, which together make this place more appealing. We have hand-picked the furniture for the living area that comprises a plush sofa set, some artefacts and a marble centre table, so you and your friends can sit back and keep the conversations going here. A flat-screen television and a speaker set are also provided for you if you wish to have a movie night. A kitchen is at your disposal, should you feel like cooking a healthy meal. Placed by the kitchen, the handsome dining table can seat six people and is ideal for you to savour some local delicacies in comfort. The air-conditioned bedrooms have double beds with comfortable 6 inch mattress. Cushioned coffee seating is provided in each room for added convenience. Stylish bedside tables ensure your essentials are right next to you. The ensuite washrooms have enclosed shower panels and are fitted with modern sanitary ware. Guest access Guests will have access to complete property during the stay. Other things to note Please speak to us at the time of making the booking if you'd want to invite people over for a get-together party. We allow additional guests at nominal charge. Please note that visitors are not allowed to spend the night at the property and must leave a t a reason time or otherwise mutually decided. Alcohol consumption is allowed but upon presenting appropriate ID proof in case of parties and such type of arrangements. Two staff members (a helper and a guard) stay at the property in a separate room just by the entrance and back. They'll be happy to assist you in any manner they can. Please bear in mind that 24x7 staff assistance is not available here. Please be mindful of the neighbours and refrain from playing loud music or indulging in activities that might disturb others, particularly after 10:00 pm as per government norms. This is a pet-friendly property. Feel free to bring your pets along. There is am minimal charge for pets. Keep your surroundings clean and tidy. You are free to use the pool but please exercise caution as there is no lifeguard on duty. Please maintain hygiene in and around the pool area. Guests shall be held responsible for any kind of damage to the property or any illegal activity undertaken here. Local diners and restaurants are available in the vicinity of our property. This holiday home only has a ground floor available to our guests. Please note this is a party place and we do not have any extra mattresses, so only 8 members can sleep, if you wish to arrange extra mattresses then we can outsource it and it will be 500/person plus 1K transportation charges. Swiggy, Zomato deliver here (depends upon partner availability), local eateries (Dhabas) are available. Uber, Ola doesn't works here. NOTE: Refundable security of 5K is mandatory at the time of check-in. It's a humble request, please switch off the Fans, AC, Lights when not in use, and save electricity wherever you can. Additional inverter back up is available in case of a power cut, only fan and lights would be operational during the power cut. PLAYING CARDS OR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL ACTIVITY INSIDE THE FARM IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED, IF FOUND, GUEST WILL HAVE TO EVACUATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY AND THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY REFUND.
