The "Love Shack" is a cozy, tiny guest house located in the heart of McKinney’s historic district. Our tiny house is a short, 5 minute or less walk to McKinney’s downtown square which features a variety of unique shops, restaurants, bars, live music, and more. Our tiny house offers all of the amenities of a full size home just in a smaller size. The space The "Love Shack" is a newly renovated tiny house designed for guests to experience “Tiny Living” with all the comforts of a wonderful vacation home. The space features a small, covered front porch with adirondack seating for two that is perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. There is a small but efficient kitchen that is stocked with everything you need to cook the perfect meal and includes a stove and oven, apartment size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, farm sink, and bar seating for two. The space also includes a queen size wall bed with a new, plush memory foam mattress, a comfortable sofa perfect for two, an ultra high definition flat screen Smart TV, and a small dresser and closet system with plenty of storage. We do our best to make our guests feel at home and always provide every guest with fresh, clean linens and towels and complimentary toiletries, coffee, bottled water, and of course WIFI. Guest access Our tiny house is detached from our primary residence and guests will enjoy exclusive access to a private driveway and entrance to the tiny home. Guests will also have access to our spacious, fenced in and professionally landscaped back yard. The back gate and front door to the tiny house are equipped with keypad entry and guests will be given a private code for entry prior to arrival. Other things to note There is no smoking and no pets allowed on the property.
