The cottage is cozy, clean, and updated. You will be able to walk to downtown Foley shops, restaurants, and parks. It is close to OWA and the Foley Sportsplex. It is 10 miles from the beautiful Gulf beaches. There is a spacious yard and a shaded patio with a grill and fire pit. The cottage is cute and quaint, as well as comfortable. It's a great place for a family to hang out. There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, as well as a comfortable loveseat. The living area has a comfortable sectional that includes a sleeper sofa and a recliner. The back area offers 3 more bedrooms and a 3rd bathroom, as well as a second living area! There is plenty of space for your family to spread out! You can reserve just the front half for 1-4 people if you'd like. Contact me for the rate for that. Guests have access to the entire home and property. If you choose to reserve only the front half of the house, the back will be locked off, but no one else will be there. The Foley outlets are just down the road for all the shopping you could want! OWA is only 5 miles away, and the Wharf is 12 miles away. The beautiful Gulf Coast is only 10 miles away, with amazing views, seafood, and recreational opportunities. You will be able to walk to downtown if you wish. It's a short drive to amusement parks and beaches. This is a great centrally located home. You can enjoy the small town charm of Foley after a day spent at the gulf beaches or nearby water and amusement parks. You have everything needed to prepare family meals in the kitchen and a spacious dining area to enjoy them! We have lovely outdoor spaces and a pretty yard for kids to play in. Two separate living areas provide space for kids and adults to watch TV or play games.
