This will be your favorite place to relax and unwind indoors or out! "Pura Vida" is a great place for couples, business travelers, and families (kids & dogs included)! The space This area is a great place for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids & dogs). There are several "hang out" areas in this 1600 sq ft open floor plan. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom are more for the adults, the third bedroom is geared towards the kids, plus we have a couch to convert to a bed if needed. Other things to note Other things to note Sliding glass doors have door alarm and flip down locks out of child reach for pool safety. Fire Extinguisher and Grease Fire Spray located in the kitchen. Please note that pool and yard will be serviced once per week and could overlap with your stay. These services only take about an hour. 2 Dog maximum. Sorry, no cats or other animals allowed. Please use doggie bags to pick up! Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming, grilling and the use of a fire pit is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, grilling and the use of a fire pit. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, grilling and the use of a fire pit and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, grilling and the use of a fire pit may present to children and pets who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, grilling and the use of a fire pit if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, grills, or uses the fire pit while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, grilling or using the fire pit. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
