Welcome to our large 3-room apartment, 62 m2, north-south facing, sunny and quiet with a beautiful view of the rooftops of Paris and birdsong all day long. Downstairs is a cozy south-facing living room, a kitchen with unobstructed views, a large quiet bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful view and a large south-facing bedroom with mezzanine + 1 bed, and a bathroom with bathtub and a nice view. It is on the 5th floor without elevator access and is not suitable for people with disabilities. The space Large apartment of 62m2, 3 rooms + 1 kitchen + 1 bathroom (each room has at least one window) bright with a magnificent view of the rooftops of Paris, very quiet in the heart of Paris: - cozy south facing living room with big couch and cute rugs, - a first large bedroom facing north with a comfortable double bed, in which you can hear the birdsong all day, without any vis-à-vis, - a second large south-facing bedroom with 1 mezzanine and 3 adult-size single beds (2 single beds on the floor and 1 single bed on the mezzanine) + a very small single bed in a second mezzanine called "the cuddle cabin". - a bathroom with cheekbones and old bathtub adjoining the first large bedroom (the bathroom has a nice view), - and a kitchen entrance with a table for 4 people, antique tiles and an oiled solid oak counter and shelves, without any vis-à-vis. Warm decor: paintings, antique rugs, wall hangings, and large masks brought back from a long trip to India 30 years ago. Ideal apartment for 1, 2, 3, or 4 people, 5 people in exceptional cases. Attention, there are 5 floors without an elevator and unfortunately our apartment is not suitable for people with disabilities. Cleaning is done thoroughly between each guest with disinfectant products, and the through apartment is very well ventilated: that's why we do not rent a day before each guest's arrival. Guest access The whole apartment except the closet under the second mezzanine where we store our things. Thank you Other things to note Attention, in the room on the south side, the mezzanine is not suitable for a child, teenager or adult who is not used to sleeping in a mezzanine, especially for young children under 6 years old.
