6 min walk from Keio New Line Hatsudai St, about 7 min walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Gochome Station. 16 min walk from Shinjuku St. From the airport, you can take a limousine bus to the Park Hyatt Hotel. It takes about 7 min walk from the Park Hyatt Hotel This is 1 room space. (Our place has the same type of room for 6 rooms.) Other rooms are separate. Room 102,103 can be rent together. NOT shared with other guests. Each room has a unit bath (toilet, bathtub, shower) Room 103 has a kitchen. Other things to note No shoes allowed The rooms are completely non-smoking, but We have ashtrays on the third floor balcony. You may smoke on the third floor balcony. Smoking is not permitted in other areas. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Loud drinking, loud calls, loud music, and other noise are prohibited. (There is no problem if you eat and drink normally.) If you stay long period, and need cleaning, we can do it for additional fee. Regarding ID confirmation In accordance with Japanese laws and regulations, foreigners who do not have an address in Japan will be required to present a copy of their passport, and fill out a registration form. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this is a legal obligation. For guests residing in Japan, we will ask one person from the staying guests to present an identification card and fill out a registration form.
