The Historic Vacation Haus: Built in 1896

Built in 1896 with original wood floors. Space for around 10+ people. Beautifully updated farmhouse kitchen. 2 bedrooms: one with a queen bed & futon, another room has two double beds. The living room has a pull out queen mattress & there are two air mattresses. Great location blocks from downtown restaurants and bars, and close to the Brown County Fairgrounds! The dining room seats 6 comfortably & the kitchen features an eat in-kitchen bench & counter height island, providing seating for 8. The space Perfect for a family vacation, girlfriend’s weekend getaway, to attend a college graduation, or since it’s close to the fairgrounds and downtown it’s ideal for anyone coming to New Ulm for an event! The house is clean, has plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. Tons of natural light and space to spread out. Main floor features a half bathroom, and a washer and dryer. There are three steps to enter the main floor which is also where the living room, dining room and large kitchen are located. Out back is a large deck. The second floor has a full bathroom with a shower and tub combo. This is also where the formal bedrooms are located. All towels and extra linens are in the closet of the bedroom with the queen bed. Coffee pods, body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided, along with hair dryer and ironing board/iron. Other things to note After two guests there is an added $25/per guest for each night of stay. Please make sure to accurately note how many will be coming with you. There are a handful of exterior cameras around the outside of the house for safety and security. There is a cleaning fee of $60. All other charges are related to Airbnb and taxes which we do not set.
