If you need a long term place to stay and get settled or just a place to crash for a few days, this is it! Nice suburb south of Dallas, not too far from the night life of Deep Ellum and Downtown- a 20 minute commute. This neighborhood is very safe and family oriented with many parks surrounded. Great restaurants, small local businesses and eateries are nearby. The home is very mellow and quiet. We love to have our guests eat and watch movies with us. We provide a safe atmosphere for everyone. The space This room has: -good closet space -comfy bed 🛌 -smart tv 📺 - high speed wifi -mini fridge The home has: - ample parking infront the house -outdoor patio -outdoor and indoor fireplace 🔥 - save money by using our newly built shed for storage - nice kitchen appliances and kitchen ware - Work from home areas: work desk in living room, kitchen table and outdoor patio Additional perks: -Pay your one time cleaning fee for several cleanings the longer you stay. 🧼 Starting October 1st, 2023 we have cleaners clean the common areas 2-3 times a month. If you want your room cleaned it’s a separate fee. - For every month you stay, there is a 10% discount! Make sure to read about the non-refundable policy that’s installed. 🚨 Caution ⚠️ - this house is shared with other guests throughout the year. You will not have the whole house to yourself, common areas such as the kitchen, living room, common bathroom and outdoor patio will shared with everyone that resides there. All guests are responsible for keep all shared areas clean (including their own rooms) and safe for others. Please clean up behind yourself and place things in an orderly fashion. - if you break house rules, which is listed on your bedroom door, you will be asked to leave effective immediately after written and verbal warning. Please respect others and your hosts and clean behind yourself. Guest access Host will greet you or keyless pad During your stay We are available from 10am to 6pm through the Airbnb app. We stop by the home once every week or two to check on the condition of the home or to make necessary adjustments for guests. Therefore if you need to speak us in person we will be available. We send updates or information to guests through app as needed.
