You will not have the whole house to yourself, common areas such as the kitchen, living room, common bathroom and outdoor patio will shared with everyone that resides there. All guests are responsible for keep all shared areas clean (including their own rooms) and safe for others. Please clean up behind yourself and place things in an orderly fashion. - if you break house rules, which is listed on your bedroom door, you will be asked to leave effective immediately after written and verbal warning. Host will greet you or keyless pad We are available from 10am to 6pm through the Airbnb app. We stop by the home once every week or two to check on the condition of the home or to make necessary adjustments for guests.
