Private Guest Suite - Quiet Neighborhood

Newly renovated guest suite in the basement of our home with its own private entrance, kitchenette, bathroom, and laundry. Enjoy a cozy mix of retro farmhouse decor in a quaint neighborhood not far from shopping, eating, and more! 40 Minutes to Boston, 1.5 hours to the white mountains, or there is plenty to enjoy locally - check out our guides! The space KITCHEN When you enter through your private entrance you will find a large kitchenette, stocked with all necessary kitchen/cooking essentials. Two glass stove top burners and french door convection oven (can fit full size frozen pizza!), retro fridge, microwave, toaster, antique farmhouse sink, small table with 2 stools, kuerig, and small pantry for food items. BATHROOM From the kitchen you will find the full bathroom; shower, overhead bluetooth fan that can linked to your favorite music choices : ) toilet, sink and full stacked laundry with laundry essentials provided. The closet by the toilet has cleaning supplies and a first aid kit if needed. STORAGE Through the bathroom and into the connecting hallway you will find under the stairs storage - the first two closets are available for guest use. Closet 1 is where clothes can be hung or suitcases stored - you will also find extra towels here, the 2nd closet has a set of drawers and bins for additional storage. A suitcase stand is also provided. LIVING/BEDROOM Lastly, you will find your living/bedroom area. Here you will find a queen size day/trundle bed, use it to lounge during the day and sleep at night! A second and separate bed can be pulled from underneath for additional sleeping space. You can also enjoy your 70" smart TV, equipped with Netflix and Chromecast. Wifi access is also included. There is also a small desk, sitting chair, and beautiful electric fireplace for ambiance. OUTDOOR SPACE We have a large side yard which houses our garden and small sitting space which can be used by guests in the warmer months. Also available during warm months will be a shared backyard space including a hammock, grill and fire pit. PARKING 1 parking spot in the driveway directly outside of your entrance. Additional parking can be provided by the street. Other things to note Please note we occupy the space above this unit. Please expect an ordinary amount of noise from above, although we are quite conscious you will be below us and will do our best :)
