Welcome to Cozzee Cottage by the Sea in Island Manor on Marco Island. Our kitchen renovations were completed in December of 2019. The renovations include appliances , cabinets, granite countertops, lighting and creation an open concept to the living room. The location can not be beat! It is across the street from beautiful Residents beach and a few minutes walk to the public beach access. The unit is located on the 1st floor and tucked away within Island Manor, away from traffic and noise. It is surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping and is just steps away from the screened Lanai to the heated pool, shuffleboard, and putting green. Walk or bike to nearby shops and restaurants. The new owners have recently painted and redecorated with comfortable and stylish coastal decor. There are two bikes. two beach chairs, and a beach umbrella with the unit. The unit is ideal for a couple but can sleep four with the sleeper sofa. The kitchen is well stocked, equipped with all modern appliances. For your convenience, a well kept laundry room is located just steps away from your front door and your assigned parking spot is convenient to the unit. This is a no smoking unit and no pets are allowed in Island Manor.
