The space This spacious guest room features large windows that open to the neighborhood. The private bathroom includes double sinks and a bright window overlooking the front yard. Guests are welcome to enjoy the front porch. It’s perfect for reading on the daybed or having a quiet meal while taking in the neighborhood view. You’ll also have access to WiFi and select kitchen amenities, including a refrigerator for storing leftovers, a microwave, and coffee maker. Because the room is located within our home, you may notice the presence of others during your stay. For clarity, the downstairs basement and the room beyond the kitchen are not guest spaces and remain private. Guest access There’s street parking available and you’ll enter through the front door using a key code, which makes check in easy and flexible. Other things to note We share our home with two sweet cats, Poppy and Tinkie. They’re both quite shy, so you may not see much of them during your stay, but they quietly enjoy the company. To help keep the home clean and cozy, we ask that you remove your shoes upon entering. Slippers are provided for your comfort. The home has central air and heat, which you’re welcome to adjust via the Nest thermostat to suit your preferences.
