The space The space is unique thanks to the private garden in the historic city center, the absolute tranquility and peace due to its distance from the street, and the fact that it is a recently renovated two-story townhouse without other apartments. The apartment features a large indoor whirlpool bathtub, ideal for moments of total relaxation. The house is unique for its garden in the historic center of Bologna and for being just 8 minutes from the main square, Piazza Maggiore! Additionally, the space is extremely quiet as it is set back from the street and has a private garden. Being a detached house, there are no noises or prying eyes from neighbors! There are two double bedrooms, 1 bathroom on the ground floor, 1 bathroom on the first floor, and a living room with a double sofa bed. If you need parking, we have AVAILABLE AT VIA GAETANO BOTTRIGARI 26, a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, OUTSIDE THE ZTL, for €18.90 per day (subject to availability). If you have not booked it yet, please contact us immediately after booking. The parking is located in the first available zone outside the ZTL, so there is no need to communicate your license plate or worry about issues; the parking must be reserved, and access without reservation will be fined. Guest access The entire house, including the terrace and the garden with a whirlpool tub. Check-in is possible at 12:30 PM for a small additional fee.
