Make sure this location suits you before booking. Our 1-bedroom guest house is perfect for a couple of friends or a couple that want to stay in a relaxing and quiet place 10 minutes or less from the beach! The whole guest house is for you only. It is detached from the house and has a private patio area that you can use. Washer, Dryer available for guests staying for 1 week or longer. Kitchen use available upon request! We will be able to assist you whenever you need us! Our neighbourhood is really quiet with mostly older people and families living here. The grocery store (Publix) is a 3 minute walk down the road. We have 2 parking spaces designated for our airbnb guests right in front of the door that leads into the backyard the guest house. We also offer rental cars through Turo - you can always check for availability before booking. Minimum age to book with us is 18
