The accommodation is peacefully located at the rear of the main property and over looking beautiful gardens alongside a seated gazebo which guest’s are welcome to share. We are located in the Victorian residential area of Sheringham, its a prime position only 250 meters from the sea front with its blue flag beach and on the edge of the town centre which hosts an array of coffee shops, cafes and restaurants. The space The accommodation consists of a large self contained double bedroom furnished with quality matching oak furniture along with a smart TV for your entertainment and a silent running fridge for your use but no kitchen or food preparation facilities. For a luxurious sleep we provide premier inn bedding and mattress hand crafted by award-winning bed makers Hypnos. The en-suite is spacious and modern fitted with shower cubicle, toilet and a sink. We pride ourselves on making sure your accommodation is to the highest standard from the highest quality furnishings and complimentary drinks and toiletries to being spotlessly clean throughout. Guest access Guests have use of a private bedroom and en-suite access is via its own entrance door via the rear of the property. Guests can also share the gazebo and garden. During your stay key code box available for access but we are available to contact via phone and live on site. We are unable to replenish or make up rooms during your stay, however while on site we will do what ever we can to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Other things to note Please check all the information regarding the accommodation carefully before booking, every detail is within the listing. Please note there are no catering facilities also food preparation and meals are not permitted in the room, light snacks in the room is fine or there is use of the gazebo for anything more substantial but there are many places to eat within a short walk. Access is via a gravel path so this may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
