This is a home where I actually live. It's a quiet, peaceful, and VERY safe neighborhood. Included in your stay is your own very large bedroom, your own Bathroom, and use of the front Living Room (Cable TV & Netflix 55" TV). Please feel free to use the Front covered porch, the backyard and backyard patio. Please don't be shy to ask about anything to make your stay more enjoyable. Customer Focused. Transportation needs available - I do private driving as main business. Driveway parking. The front part of this home is set up for Airbnb guests. When booking this particular listing, there is always a chance another guest may be here as well. You still will have your own private bedroom and your own private bathroom as well as sole use of the front living room with Cable TV and Netflix (55" TV). There is also a TV in your bedroom (Netflix only) Basically, the entire front of the house. Your own Private Bedroom and Private Bathroom, The Living Room is for YOUR use even though it is not secluded. Just enjoy your nice peaceful stay. I occupy the entire back portion of the home. Common areas would be the kitchen and Dining Room and anything outdoors. I am here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I will provide you with ample privacy as I am often out working. I do private driving so I can always provide transportation needs if you desire them. I encourage you to interact with me as much as you are comfortable. I will share everything I know about places to go and places to eat. Please feel completely at home while you are in my home. Extremely quiet community. Great Walking areas. Convenient stores within 5 minute walk. Shopping just down the street less than 2 miles away. Clean and classy neighborhood. Shopping mall within 6 miles. Many many places to eat out. Downtown Cleveland is only 15 minutes away. Cleveland Hopkins Airport is only 2 miles away (5 minutes) Mark does private driving, so if you require transportation, I can certainly arrange and provide that. I drive a 2021 Toyota Sienna minivan which has a ton of room. #1 - Please do not be shy.
