This 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat is designed for relaxation, featuring cozy living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful touches throughout. Whether you’re here to explore Bardstown’s historic downtown, tour world-famous distilleries, or simply unwind with friends and family, this home provides the ideal base. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch while planning your day. The space Bardstown Bungalow is located in the heart of downtown Bardstown—an ideal central spot for exploring the Bourbon Trail. This charming home blends old-style character with modern comforts for a truly welcoming stay. The master suite upstairs features a king bed, spacious ensuite bath, and a walk-in shower. Two cozy downstairs bedrooms share a freshly updated bathroom just down the hall. Ceiling fans, Roku TV, and thoughtful touches make every room inviting. Relax in the living room with its gas fireplace, 50” smart TV, and built-in bookcases, or gather around the dining table for six. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, spices, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers—plus a tea bar. Guests especially love the front porch swing with seating for six, perfect for sipping your favorite drink after a day on the Trail. In the backyard, you’ll find a five-burner gas grill ready for cookouts. Additional perks include central air (plus a mini-split upstairs), fluffy linens and toiletries, and laundry access for longer stays. Bardstown Bungalow offers comfort, convenience, and that signature Kentucky charm—right where you want to be. Guest access When you rent the entire house you have access to three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, front porch and back deck, gas grill and washer and dryer (by request for extended stays). Guests have control of the air conditioning and heat. Other things to note The staircase going upstairs is a little steep, but not uncommon in a house built in 1922. Also, I share the driveway to parking in the back of the Bungalow with my next door neighbor. I have three designated parking spaces. Two in front of the shed/garage and one on the concrete pad near the house. Feel free to use the yard if needed to maneuver. It can be tight at times, but normally there are no problems. Other than that most everything is easily explained in a welcome letter that is located in the kitchen upon your arrival.
