This is a lovely Southwest facing room with plenty of space for 1 individual and your pet( there is a $30 pet fee, cats only.) The other room is also rented on Airbnb so their could be up to 1 more person. This space would be great for a Traveling Nurse, Remote worker, student, or someone relocating from another area to the Denver Metro as they got situated, or familiar with the area. Upon entering, the front door will open into a spacious open floor plan, that is the Living room, Dining room, and Kitchen. The hallway on the right of the kitchen leads to the Bedrooms in the back of the house .The laundry room will be on your right with a door to access the backyard at the far end. Your bedroom will have an electronic lock on it with a unique 6-digit access code, for security of you, And your belongings. Guest access YOUR SPACE - -Spacious room with full size bed, comforter and pillowcases. -Nightstand - 4.5 cubic Ft. Mini fridge with freezer -Closet organizer to store/hang all your clothes -Writing desk and chair - 42in Pioneer 4k smart Tv -Body mirror -Space heater -Private entrance to backyard/patio Guest(s) will have access to all common areas ex. Living room, Dining room, shared bathroom, Kitchen and backyard . **All other bedrooms and the garage are off limits, no access ** KITCHEN - -You are welcome to use all appliances, Dishes, and pots and pans. -No metal utensils in pots and pans.** -You will have access to 1 cabinet in the kitchen to store your pantry needs -you will have access to 1/2 of the top shelf in the refrigerator in kitchen (top right half) LIVING ROOM - -You will have access to the smart tv with access to streaming services Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon video. -There is a printer in the living room you may access to handle any remote work printing needs.(please bring your own paper) LAUNDRY ROOM - -You will have full access to the Washer and Dryer -You will need to provide your washing and drying supplies. Ex. Washing Detergent, dryer sheets. BATHROOM- -Some starter rolls of toilet paper will be in the restroom at the beginning of your stay. But it is up to you to provide your own toilet paper. -Bring your own hygiene supplies(toothbrush, toothpaste… etc) -The top 2 left drawers of the bathroom vanity are for your personal use. - 1 double towel hook for your towel in the restroom. **No Cigarette smoking on property** *420 friendly* **This is a 420 friendly property.
