The house has natural light surrounded by green areas to enjoy nature and disconnect from the city. You can practice mountain biking, tubulars and enjoy long walks. The space Capacity for 12 people, fully equipped: TV, wifi internet with Netflix connection, Movistar, gas water heater, electric doorman with camera. The kitchenette has a large granite bar with nice lighting and 5 bar stools. It is equipped with appliances, refrigerator, microwave, pots and utensils (dinner plates, appetizer plates, bowls, cutlery), cups, glasses, wine glasses and platters for sharing snacks. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms; with comfortable mattresses and bedding, it has a capacity of up to 12 people: 1) Master bedroom: 1 king size bed, with view and direct access to the pool and garden. Dresser for clothes and armchair, with full bathroom inside the room. Total: 04 bathrooms which have hot water The house has a large terrace, on the side is the grill area with a large table, on the front it has direct access to the pool and garden. The pool is private, measures 6 x 4 meters and has spectacular lighting at night. The garden has a living fence, adorned with plants and flowers, with a small bio-garden. In the back there is a laundry area and a clothesline. Guest access The condo has common areas: (*) large pool and children's pool, grill area (*) and bread oven (*) (*) Due to the pandemic and capacity limit, it is required to reserve these areas. There is no restriction on the use of the soccer field, tennis court, park, children's games and fire pit. It is possible to walk around the condominium, respecting the biosafety rules (use of a mask is mandatory). The pet must wear a leash and respect the rules of coexistence. Other things to note No events or parties are allowed in the house. Visitors are not allowed. Only the people listed in the reservation will have access. Only vehicles previously reported by the guest will be allowed access.
