The whole group will be comfortable in this 2nd story spacious unit. View freighters passing from almost every room in the house and enjoy relaxing days on the dock. Whether you're in town to enjoy waterfront living or doing world class fishing, you will certainly enjoy this property. Spend your days swimming and fishing. Enjoy your evenings freighter watching, around a bonfire, or cozied up on the comfy sectional in front of the big screen. Boats are welcome. Other things to note Two new efficient window air conditioning untits will help keep the temperature comfortable, but will not create an ice box. Ceiling fans and portable fans are in every bedroom. Please keep windows closed if the A/C units are running. You cannot run a coffee pot while the air conditioner in the dining room is running, or you will pop the circuit breaker. Sorry for the inconvenience. The property owner does live in the lower unit and has 2 dogs, who may occasionally bark. They are, however, very friendly if you happen to meet them in the backyard. Renters will have one designated parking space on a cement slab across the street. If you need additional parking, please make arrangements with the property manager, Becky, prior to your arrival.
