The apartment is located across the beach and in direct walking distance to shops and restaurants and is located directly in front of one of Israels largest shore side promenades with beautiful floral arrangements and many playgrounds for children. This apartment is one of Israel's premier condos, featuring 4 luxurious and spacious bedrooms including a magnificent master bedroom with an insuite bathroom plus an additional bathroom. The apartment also fast internet connection (Wi-Fi, 1Gb fiber ), fully and newly equipped kitchen with ice and water filter and an oversize new fridge. They are side-by-side and near the elevator, which makes shopping easier. A drugstore, a grocery as well as a handful restaurants and shops can be reached by foot, so you don't have to use a car if you don't want to, for the whole vacation period. The town square is just 5 minutes walking distance away, featuring great shopping, even more restaurants and coffee bars. Families with kids and toddlers: we have been hosting many families in the past years, so we have gathered a list of useful items you may want to use: - a baby cot - feeding chairs - toys for playing in the sand, see pix 1 and 2 - matkot, israeli beach tennis racquets - bobby car and 'car to go' - rummy and some other games - potty - kids chair to be used in the car; don't need to rent one when renting a car. Beach - we have some surf boards for various ages - 1 sun chair for sitting in the water - beach tennis racquets, 'matkot' Arrival/ Departure There is a train station 3km away, with regular trains to Tel Aviv (25 minutes) and Ben Gurion International Airport (55 minutes). Taxi from Netanya train station to us cost about 15$ to/ or from the train station. We can accommodate most check in/ out time you wish as access is through a smart lock, door.
