The space The entire space is yours, with your own entrance and private access. The outdoor infrared sauna is available for your exclusive use with a free reservation (it is a shared amenity for our use as well). The space is located on the first level of a three-story house. The residence above is where our family of four lives. Sounds of footsteps and children might be heard, typically between the hours of 7:00 am - 8:00 pm. Both bedrooms have a queen bed, two nightstands with charging banks, and a closet. The living room includes a couch with a pull-out daybed. A portable crib/bed is available for little ones. Guest access You will have full access to everything inside the space and on the patio/balcony. The outdoor infrared sauna is a shared space (us only) and is available for your exclusive use (with a free reservation required). The infrared sauna is ideal for 1-2 people (max 4) and no one under 16 is allowed. Other things to note The walkway to your private entrance is accessible down a steep driveway and there are approximately 10 steps (with a railing) to walk up to the front entrance. There is no elevator or ramp access. Please note that the residence above is where our family of four lives. Sounds of footsteps and children might be heard, typically only between the hours of 7:00 am - 8:00 pm. No shoes are allowed to be worn inside, and no smoking of any kind is allowed on property.
