The home is within walking distance short drive of downtown restaurants and shops. Outdoor activities in the Summer include kayaking, hiking, fishing and walking/jogging - in the winter we are close to several ski areas. NOTE - No parties allowed Only an hour and 30 mins from Lake Placid - Winter World University Games Jan 2023 location! This is a home on just over an acre - at the back of the house and part of the property is a wooded area. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen with kitchen nook, guest bathroom, queen bedroom, kitchenette and full bathroom with shower downstairs. Upstairs there are 3 additional bedrooms, a king, a queen and a full, a full bathroom with bath and an office. Guests will have access to most areas of the house except the basement unless they need to use the washer/dryer I will be available by phone/text throughout the stay. This is a quiet residential neighborhood of Potsdam frequented by deer in the early mornings and evenings. Location is very central and within walking distance or short drive to shops and restaurants. ** PLEASE NOTE - the fireplace in the living room is not functional - please do not attempt to light. * The home may not be suitable for infants and toddlers as there is a fairly steep staircase. Strictly no parties permitted on property. Quiet hours should be observed from 9pm (10pm on weekends) and 7 am. Sling TV is available to guests (it is signed in) and offers a variety of channels to watch. Please use your own passwords for other apps such as Netflix, Hulu. Thank you!
