One-level living, you'll enjoy 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with office space and laundry room. You'll love this gem in Lewistown! The space The home is situated at the top of the town with amazing views of the town and mountains. Master bedroom has a king size bed and TV. Secondary bedroom has a twin over double bed. The third bedroom is a small, non-confirming bedroom and holds a day bed with trundle. We also provide an office space in this bedroom. There are two bathrooms. One with a bathtub/shower combo and the other a walk-in shower. Washer and dryer are also available for use. Property has a fully functioning kitchen with all necessities included, along with adjoining living room set up for ultimate relaxing. Outdoor area includes a covered area for picnics and grilling. The yard space is ample for playing. Easily drive or walk to downtown. The views of Lewistown are amazing from this home! It’s a true treasure in Central Montana! NOTE: Please know, this home is located in Montana where it's COLD during the winters. We will keep the hot tub going during the winter months, but know it will be harder to keep it fully heated (although, compared to the outdoor temperatures, it will probably still feel really warm!). Guest access Guests have access to the full house. Outbuildings won’t be accessible. The full yard can be used for playing a game of tag, football, or even star gazing! Other things to note Hot tub available in the back patio. Please enter/exit through the laundry room bathroom. Curtain available to pull out for extra privacy. Also, adhere to the posted hot tub rules. NO drinking allowed while using the hot tub and be quiet and respectful for neighbors. Pets: We allow a well behaved dog. The dog must not be left unattended, unless crated. Clean up any mess in the yard your dog may do. Please keep the dog off the furniture and beds. Infants/toddlers: Full size tub in the home for easier bathing. Pack and play with cushion sheet available as well as a high chair. Home is pretty toddler proof, just jeep an eye on the bedside clocks and lamps.
