Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Lavender Lodge boasts a large corner tree lined private position, enjoying the sun all day and into the early evening. We have two resident rabbits that visit every day along with their squirrel friends. Enjoy a BBQ on one of the many purpose-built brick BBQs or a stroll through the park located behind Water View enjoying a variety of trees and picnic areas. The lodge provides picnic chairs, a four-person luxury picnic rucksack, a two person Fortnum and Mason wicker basket with blankets and BBQ utensils so you can enjoy the whole experience. Lavender Lodge has two car parking spaces with a long path leading to a small gate. Outside the entrance to the lodge there is a boot bench where you can comfortably sit and remove your outdoor footwear. Lavender Lodge has a woodland feel throughout, upon entering you will be greeted by a luxurious modern open plan living/dining area, in here you can find free superfast fibre broadband, Sony Full HD 4K TV, Netflix, PlayStation 5 disc console including games and two dual sense wireless controllers, Roberts I-Stream DAB Radio, remote controlled candles, board games and classic children books. The dining area seats up to six people, with an extendable dining table and comfortable leather seats, overlooking the outside veranda. An additional child’s Chicco booster chair is available. There is a well-equipped kitchen comprising of colourful Smeg appliances; kettle, four slice toaster, milk frother and coffee machine, along with complimentary refreshments. CDA dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and local Denby pottery and cutlery, recycling, and general waste bins. We are a self catering lodge so to help you get started there are a small selection of items provided including refreshments, a welcome basket with milk, bread and butter, condiments, toiletries, wash up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, foil, clingfilm, tea towel, bath/hand towels, and bedding. Double patio doors lead out to a spacious veranda where you’ll find a corner sofa and benches with waterproof cushions, a gas filled height adjustable dining/coffee table, two adjustable reclining chairs and side table.
