Across the street from the beach! Walk to many restaurants and bars, this tastefully decorated condo. If your whole goal is to eat, play, and lounge on the soft sand in the sun, Rest in a comfy bed, you have found the right spot! CHECK IT OUT!! The space 2 Bedroom, 1 1/2 Bath, 2 queen bed, 1 single bed, free Wi-Fi, free parking. 6 guests max, as per HOA rules. A few notes: We have Smart Plus TV in the Livingroom. Wi-Fi channels hooked up such as Amazon Prime, HBO, Showtime, Netflix, Hulu, and Samsung TV which has lots of current news, movies. You must use your own account to sign in for most channels that are not free such as Amazon prime, HBO, Netflix...etc. Because of the small space we can only have a small washer / dryer combo. Works great but takes about 4 hours to run a small load cannot wash a big load. We like to run it over-night. For a big load you may prefers to use a regular washing machine, there is a coin laundry machine nearby that take credit card, so you do not have to worry about finding change! You can find all the condo operation's Info in the House manual operation folder on the coffee table in the Livingroom. Guest access You have ground floor access with a semi-private patio look over the beach access across street "picture". There is a spacious back yard that is shared with other residents in shared areas inside Condo Complex FENCE in. Across the street from the beach! Walk to many restaurants and bars from this freshly remodeled, tastefully decorated condo. If your whole goal is to eat, play, and lounge on the soft sand in the sun, you have found the right spot. Other things to note Island Garden - House Rules Please read, agree/accept and abide by the entire house rules. NO Pet unannounced pet in the condo will be assessed $500 penalty and /or evicted with no refund. NO Smoking, NO loud music or other disturbing noises. NO extra guest not listed on the reservation is allowed to stay in the condo, may be subject to penalty of $500 and/or evicted without refund.. DO NOT wash large items such as COMFORTER, or RUG (s) IN Apartment’s washing machine (NO BIG Load). If you need to wash a big load, there is a Coin Laundry facility at our neighbor condo (Sandy Pointe) 312 Bream Ave, you could use, also on Santa Rosa Blvd, and at Beal PKWY. If you need any extra items that are not provided by us you can get in touch with this company crib connection com who will provide items and service to you for a fee. They do have more items to offer for rent than just the crib, they will drop off and pick up item they rent. Also, if all you need is Highchair and Pic N Play Our cleaners do offer them for a small fee. they bring them, clean them and pick them up at the end of your stay.
