This property includes a sea view, a jacuzzi, a 50" Smart TV (Netflix/YouTube/Amazon Prime), a washing machine, a saltwater swimming pool, and a gym. Only a 5 min walk to Klong Muang Beach. Near the shops, in a quiet area. This Pano View is 84 square meters. The space 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, 1 living area, and 1 kitchen. Main bedroom: 1 King bed. There are a safety box, clothes hangers, iron, and iron board inside a wardrobe. It has its own bathroom with a bathtub and access to the balcony that overlooks the condo. The extra bed for the 5th guest or a baby cot will be placed in this bedroom. Second bedroom: 1 Queen bed and access to the balcony that overlooks the condo. There is a wardrobe with clothes hangers. Bathroom 1: located in the master bedroom, has a toilet, a basin, a hand shower, a head shower, and a bathtub. We provide soap and shampoo. Bathroom 2: located in a hallway from the kitchen to the main bedroom, has a toilet, a basin, a hand shower, and a head shower. We provide soap and shampoo. The living area: a 50"Smart TV which you can log-in to your Netflix/YouTube/Amazon Prime accounts, a sofa bed (1 person can sleep), the dining table with chairs, access to the balcony that overlooks the condo, and another small balcony that overlooks the sea. Balcony 1: a washing machine, a drying rack, and a table with chairs. Balcony 2: a small table and a chair. Kitchen: a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, a rice cooker, cookware (e.g. pan and pot), and kitchenware (e.g. spoons, forks, spatula, knives, and dishes). EXPERIENCE AUTHENTIC THAI HOSPITALITY! Baby beach toys are also available to borrow. - To book a tour with us, please reserve before 8 p.m. and arrive on time for pickup. - Cats are in the condo's common areas (lobby, pool, and parking), but they do not enter your unit. - The first aid kit is located in our family lounge. For additional cleaning (500 baht per service, including bedding changes), please inform us at least two days in advance. - Electricity and water are included for stays of less than 28 nights. For stays over 27 nights or with a monthly Airbnb discount, electricity is charged at 6 baht per unit and water at 45 baht per unit.
