New build modern lakehouse designed with guests in mind. Located in a cottage country setting 1.5hours from HRM. Lakefront with a dock for swimming, fishing and non-motorized water sports. We provide 2 pedal boats & 8 life jackets. Natural light flows throughout with beautiful sunsets over the lake. Open concept living area with full eat-in kitchen designed for entertaining. Living room with oversized sectional and cozy wood stove. Comfortable Kingsdown mattresses to ensure a great sleep. The space Please note there is no cell phone reception at the cottage and limited reception in the area - we have Bell FibreOP wifi and you can turn on your wifi calling to make calls. Located on the South Shore 25 minutes from Bridgewater in the Molega Lake area. This cottage is located on a gravel road. Lakefront on Black Rattle Lake suitable for swimming, fishing and non-motorized water sports. We provide 2 pedals boats & 8 adult size life jackets for guests to use at their own risk. Boat launch into Beavertail Basin which connects to Molega Lake is 500M away. Miles of gravel cottage roads suitable for walking, biking, ATVs (please drive respectfully). The water used in the home is from a rainwater collection system or can be filled with lake water which is then filtered and processed through a UV light to eliminate bacteria. The water has not been tested for drinking. Please be mindful of your water usage in the dry season. Patio Furniture: May - November Dock & Pedal Boats: mid June - mid September (this can fluctuate a bit depending on the weather and water level of the lake) Hot Tub: Year Round. Please note that the hot tub is not to be used as a swimming pool - the temperature is set at 102 degrees and we ask that guests do not adjust it. Limit your soak time accordingly.
