The space The house is distributed as follows: -Ground floor: One terrace facing north with table and chairs and a second terrace with garden facing south. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a shower and the living room area with satellite TV. -On the first floor you have 2 bedrooms. One queen size bed with balcony facing to the north with sea and forest views and another bedroom with 2 individual beds. You also have a bathroom with a shower. On the 2nd floor (top floor) you have a beautiful en suite bedroom with A/C and a queen size bed. You can enjoy your morning breakfast on the balcony on the top floor with sea views. Guest access SWIMMING POOLS AND BEACHES You will find several swimming pools in the area. The closest one is just a one-minute walk from home, and you can actually see it from the terrace. It is part of a club where you can relax at the pool bar or enjoy a typical paella at the restaurant. They also offer takeaway wood-fired pizzas, roasted chickens, and other seafood specialties. There are also free-entry swimming pools just a five-minute walk from home. The house’s location also allows guests to enjoy the nearby beaches. There are several to choose from: TOSSA BEACH The main village beach is about 4 km away. You can reach it in several ways: • By bus: a five-minute ride, with a bus stop just one minute’s walk from home (ticket price €1.20). • On foot: via scenic coastal walking paths – a must if you enjoy nature and sea cliffs. • By car: just a four-minute drive. If you feel like exploring further, you can visit Lloret de Mar, where there are many other small beaches. It is only 10 km away by car or bus. ⸻ RESTAURANTS There are various restaurants within walking distance. For more variety, head to Tossa de Mar and enjoy its excellent dining options. I recommend Pizzeria Can Pini, although it’s hard to choose just one! ⸻ SUPERMARKET AND GROCERIES A local Spar supermarket is just a one-minute walk from home, offering everything from freshly baked baguettes to fresh meat and cleaning products. Tossa de Mar also has several larger supermarket chains, patisseries, fishmongers, and more.
