The space As you enter the property, you will be straight into the small hallway, leading directly up the carpeted stairs onto the first floor. Here you will find the open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Please note that if you are bringing a child with you and you require a stair gate putting up and/or a high chair, please let me know when booking so this can be arranged. Off the living area, through the safety fire door, into the hallway, you will find the 2 bedrooms, both looking out onto the front of the property and driveway. The other 2 doors off the hallway are the bathroom and the small utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, mop & bucket, clothes airer, dustpan & brush, floor sweeper, iron & ironing board and electric portable fan. Guest access The entrance to the self contained property is round the side of the building. Unfortunately there is no access to any outdoor space to the rear of the apartment. Other things to note As you enter the property into the hallway, there is a locked door. This is always locked as it leads to our private space.
