If it is brought to our attention that a guest brought in a pet or hosted a party without prior approval, we will have to charge a fee for $250 as well an additional $150 cleaning fee. Damages will be assessed above and beyond those fees. Cancellations Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
