This apartment is a 560 square foot 3rd floor apartment. There is a secure entrance door into the building and a separate secure entrance door into the apartment. The apartment has windows in every room, giving the space a light comfortable feel. The space consists of a large bedroom with a comfortable king mattress, large closet and an office desk work area, a family room with comfortable couch, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a bathroom with a combination tub/shower. We provide free utilities and secure wireless internet during your stay. There is plenty of free parking both on the street and in an on-premises parking lot. Guest access The building entrance is accessed through a secure side entrance which has a staircase that takes you up to the apartment entrance. There is a convenient common space shared coin laundry washer and dryer for our guest. The on premise parking is accessed through the alley in back of the building. The alley can be accessed from either Oak St. or St Catherine St. between 1st and 2nd streets. Other things to note Old Louisville is a typical metropolitan historic residential area with university students, many cultures and a full range of social economic and age groups represented. You will begin with amenities and supplies but you will need to replenish them as you use them during your stay. For an extra fee we will provide a once a week cleaning service to include replacing your linens and towels, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning the bathroom and taking out the trash. Dish washing is not included however kitchen counters and table will be cleaned if not covered with dirty dishes and/or your personal belongings.
