Lights are fully automated; there’s no need to touch switch. **This room’s maintains it’s privacy with curtains instead of doors. Guests are encouraged to spray/wipe doorknobs, faucets and toilet levers before/after use (as one would do for gym equipment) to aid in cleanliness. *Overall guest cleanliness keeps cleaning fees low. Your room will be ready within 10 minutes of acknowledged confirmation. This space is for short stays in the den. It has privacy curtains and child/pet gates and no interior doors. It has one (1) Queen CouchBed. If more space is needed sleep on the comfortable lounge chair or carpet with the provided blankets. The den is well carpeted (pro-cleaned regularly) and is a private space when the curtain is closed. This den is semi-private, since the room is closed-off and “off limits” to ALL; except the occupying guest(s) during their stay. Privacy is maintained with two privacy double-sided blackout curtains that offer some soundproofing when fully closed, as any door would. It is only considered “Semi-Private” because there isn’t a physical door, but there are privacy curtains that serve the same purpose. I want to set an accurate expectation as possible, of the space. The 1/2 bathroom is den adjacent, so you’ll ONLY need to use the upstairs full bathroom to shower. A TV is available for your enjoyment, so long as you’re considerate of other guests with regard to the sound level at night (10PM). This listing is only intended for very short-term stays. It is also close to public transportation, a pool, tennis court, softball field and shopping area. Lastly, it is less than 5 minutes (3mi.) away from Downtown Hartford which gives you access to anything you could need, without having to be among the noise and scarce parking that comes with with being there.
