This newly constructed town home that has lots of room to relax with not only you and your partner The property is located south of ATL approx. 30mins from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport The space The property is a 2-story home. All bedrooms are located on the second floor and guests must use stairs to access rooms. Young minor children must be monitored, as there is not a gate to block going up or down the stairwell. The property has a electric heated fireplace. Guests are free to use if staying during cold weather months. However, for your safety & to prevent property damage, please DO NOT attempt to use if you are not familiar with operating a wood-burning chimney. Guests are welcome to enjoy all areas of the home with these exceptions: 1. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor that are NOT apart of the rental. These rooms will be locked and blocked off. There are video monitors in these rooms. 2. Guests may ONLY access the garage if trash bag needs to be placed in the large trash bin or for fireplace wood. Nothing else in the garage should be touched or removed. No entry or exiting is allowed through the garage. Other things to note Please be respectful of the home, property, and neighbors. This is a home rental. At this property, you are expected to pick up after yourself and not leave trash around. We are committed to your safety and to providing a very clean & well-maintained property for your comfort and enjoyment. We welcome everyone & trust guests by allowing an entire home rental, so please show integrity by following the hosts' guidelines. This is a NO SMOKING property (No smoking is allowed anywhere inside property or within 15 feet of door entry points outside.) No illegal drugs or illegal activity of any kind. No pets, RV's, campers, commercial vehicles, boats, or large trailers are allowed on the property. No parties or events.$250 fee!!!! There is a security doorbell camera on the outside of the front door that will be monitoring house access. The identity & number of guests on the reservation must accurately reflect who accesses the property. Photo ID verification is strictly enforced.
