A comfortable deluxe self-contained studio in the village of Newnham. The apartment consists of a large open plan studio with a Super King size bed which can convert to two singles, a television (Freeview), a sofa, a fridge, tea (an extensive choice) & coffee facilities, Nespresso machine. There is also a Breakfast table. Upstairs there is a dedicated work area that can be used as a dressing room. By arrangement, an extra bed can be made up in this room. Plenty of books and games provided. The space The Annexe has its private entrance. The entire studio is flooded with light and has a supremely Kingsize Double bed. There is a large tv with a comfortable sofa and an under counter fridge. Continental Breakfast is provided - cooked breakfast is available on request with an extra charge. Guest access There are some steps, both up and down. Please contact Host if you have any access queries. You will be able to sit on the terrace, even have breakfast there on those rare mornings, and enjoy the views. Other things to note We can accommodate 4 people at a push. The study/dressing room can become a bedroom. It is fine for those that just need a bed for the night but not so good if you plan to spend time at The Annexe. Please let me know as extra costs will apply. Please note that we are unable to accommodate dogs.
