The unit has it's own separate and private entrance accessible by going down a set of covered stairs located outside the building. • The upstairs unit is separate from the downstairs unit and may or may not be occupied during your stay. We expect all occupants in both units to be mindful of each other to avoid any noise disturbances. If you have a noise complaint from the upstairs unit please inform me and I will address the problem. • It is possible to combine the upstairs & downstairs units. If interested in this option, please send me an inquiry for more info • For reservations over 30 days the cost of utilities (gas, power, cable, wifi, etc.) is not included & will be billed to you separately. • Pets are allowed, but there is an additional $100 per pet cleaning fee Camera is placed at the entrance of the house.
