The space Family owned farm stay resort and events venue, can accommodate big events such as birthdays, wedding, team building, photoshoot, day tours, and many more or even can host a private and intimate gatherings of couple, small family or big family reunion. We also host pre-booked lunch or dinner at our well-ventilated Cabana or Al fresco with overlooking of Mount Makiling. -------------------------- We also do outdoor cinema to watch movies and shows with your family in the middle of clear skies at night as well as outdoor picnic (choose your style) on a good weather. We also have outdoor massage. These services mentioned will be for additional costs and needs to pre-book. --------------------------- All-in-one farm stay with kitchen, pool, cabana, al fresco, casita (mini house), nipa hut (Kubo), fishpond, mini-farm, big parking space, karaoke, BBQ grill and our new jacuzzi. All of these will be on your own privacy (except for Private lunch/dinner reservation- there are some limitations). This is a pet-friendly place, however, your pets will not be allowed inside the Casita especially to the beds. (we will be charging additional costs for fabric cleaning - P1500) Normal check ins up to 15 pax maximum will be accommodated to our first floor ONLY of the Casita. Any additional pax will incur costs per head - P800/per pax. Bigger groups and events, second floor of the Casita will be free of use as well. If you request for early check in or late check out (depending on the availability), will be subjected for additional charge - P1,000 per hour We will also be applying a security deposit of P1500 just in case of damage or loss property at the farm. PLEASE REVIEW OUR HOUSE RULES: -Check-in time is from 2pm to 10pm only (Except for Day tours) -Check-out is at 12noon -If you request for early check in or late check out (depending on the availability), will be subjected for additional charge - P1,000 per hour -We serve traditional Filipino home cooked meals or Paluto. Please inquire on above contact details. - Cooking or outside food is allowed. -Pets are allowed, however, it is the owner’s responsibility to look after your pets to avoid incidents. Your pets will not be allowed inside the Casita especially on beds (We will allow on some circumstances but we will be charging P1,500 per night for fabric cleaning) - No smoking indoors, including open areas of the Kubos (Php2,000 fine per incident) -We will also be applying a security deposit of P1500 just in case of damage or loss property at the farm. We will be refunding the deposit all checks are done and cleared. -No open flames/candles allowed in the room -We request: no footwear indoors (particularly on bamboo floors of Kubo and Casita) -Respect other guests and keep noise levels down after midnight -Pool hours are open unlimited, guests must wear proper swimwear, no eating or drinking in the pool. -Jacuzzi pool is limited to a certain time as it consumes a lot of power that may affect the supply. -Children must be supervised at all times -We encourage you to conserve energy. Please turn off the lights/air-conditioner when not in use. ALSO BE PREPARED FOR THE FOLLOWING: -There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, you can bring a pocket Wi-Fi if you wish - Sometimes signal is weak for mobile phones -Our roads are quite steep, slippery when raining, but quite manageable if taken carefully -The pool is not heated, Jacuzzi is heated (please limit the use of the Jacuzzi) -No lifeguard on duty (Please look after your children) -Tagpuan will not be liable for loss or damage to personal property - B&B staff leave after dinner, no round-the-clock service - No credit card payments accepted on site, only cash/GCASH/BANK Payments - There are occasional occurrences of insects during the late afternoons to evenings, but these usually pass after an hour. IMPORTANT: Check-out is strictly at 12:00pm, rooms should be vacated at this time. We only have limited rooms and late check-outs may affect our arriving guests at 2:00pm. There will be an automatic charge of Php1,000/hour for check-out beyond 12:00pm. *Please advise your estimated time of arrival. PLEASE SEE BELOW, TAGPUAN'S NEW NORMAL POLICY DURING THE PANDEMIC: 1. Strict management of allowed number of persons per check-in. Any additional guests will be charged extra. 2. No sharing of food or any personal or non-personal belongings, please bring your own toiletries and towel. 3. Mingling with staff is discouraged for COVID-safe check in purposes. 4. Proper hand washing etiquette/ hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette during your stay in the property 5. Strict observance of Physical Distancing within Tagpuan's premises 6. A valid ID and COVID-19 vaccination card (fully-vaccinated) will be required from each checking-in guest. We gladly to inform you that we have additional activities and services that we can offer during your check-in, you just need to book in advance to prepare for these: -Paluto (subject for quotation depending on food order and number of pax)- this can be dinner, lunch and breakfast. – depending on the availability -Outdoor Cinema – P1,000.00 for 3 hours -Outdoor Picnic – P1,000.00 (refundable if weather will not permit)
