Relax with the family at this peaceful home away from home! 2,444 sq feet to enjoy! Two living rooms, 5 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, & fully equipped kitchen. Garage is set up with a ping pong table. There’s 2 cozy fireplaces for winter use. Large deck with a stunning view, patio furniture, & bbq pit. Patio area in the back with a fish pond & landscaping. Back yard leads to National Forest for those into hiking. 5 minute Drive to Bass Lake & 20 miles from gate at Yosemite National Park! The home is quite large and pics do not do it justice. There are 4 bedrooms, one bathroom, and a living room downstairs. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a full bed and a twin bed side by side, bedroom 3 has bunk beds consisting of a full and a twin, and bedroom 4 has a twin. Upstairs is the large kitchen, another living room and family room, a large master bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The large master bedroom has a queen bed and a futon that can sleep 2. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook your vacation meals. There are plenty of board games for down time in the living room downstairs and a karaoke machine as well. The home sits in the National Forest so there is wonderful wildlife to add to your experience. Often times we see wild turkeys, deer, a variety of birds, and occasionally a bear or two. The home has 4 smart televisions. Large deck and backyard patio for lounging and barbecuing. The home has lots of seating indoor and outdoor. Home also has two desks for work, (if you must). One desk is small and can be moved to any of the rooms if more privacy is needed. The home has air conditioning and heating to enjoy all seasons. And also two wood burning fireplaces. Not to mention 5 minute drive to Bass Lake, 20 miles from Yosemite National Park gate entrance, there’s hiking trails in our own back yard and others are minutes away. Chukchansi Casino is very close by. Miami Creek Trails is also super close for those wanting to bring their ATVs and side by sides! A beautiful golf course surrounded by Mountains and creeks is about 20 minutes away. Morning and evening walks are amazing in this neighborhood! There’s always something to do in or outdoors. Entire Cabin will be yours for the stay. I will be available via text or phone 24/7 during your stay. Quiet residential neighborhood. 10 pm noise ordinance in place. Community sits in National forest, Bass Lake Annex. Property allows for maximum of 4 parking spaces. Max 4 car parking. There are two driveways to get to the home. You are welcomed to use either one.
