One Bedroom Condo in the Heart of SM North Edsa QC

(Except below 12 yrs old) NO EXCEPTIONS Each guest is responsible to provide vaccination card and valid government identification upon booking. - Your home away from home! This condominium is located in the heart of the bustling Quezon City within close proximity to malls, restaurants, and shopping galore! The space This cozy, air conditioned one bedroom condominium is a perfect getaway for a couple or even a small family. Guests will be located in the center of Quezon City with adjacent access to SM City North Edsa and Trinoma Malls. Time to rest! Our unit has one queen bed and an adjacent single pullout bed. For added comfort, the couch can be also converted into a sofa bed. We provide an abundance of pillows, blankets, and sheets to make you feel like you are on cloud 9. Feel like cooking? Alongside a fridge, microwave, and sink, guests have complete access to kitchen necessities that are stocked in our cupboards. We have pot, pans, plates and utensils all ready to be used. We ask you to keep cooking at a minimum. Cooking with strong odor foods will not be permitted and may incur an additional fee if not obeyed. Stay Connected! Guests have access to fast reliable high speed internet to keep up with today’s demands. NOTE: This is not a hotel. Please be respectful of the property and neighbors. We have a NO PARTY tolerance and we ask to you to keep loud noises at a minimum during sleeping hours. We also have a NON SMOKING policy. Smoking shall not be permitted in the condominium or in the balcony. Guest access Please Note: Some condominium amenities incur a separate additional charge. Payment regarding the following charges may be inquired at the front desk. Parking is offered on a first come first serve basis with a fee of 30 PHP for the first 4 hours and 10 for every additional hour. Admission to the swimming pool may be purchased for 150 PHP per guest per day. Admission to the gym may be purchased for 100 PHP per guest per day. Guests can enjoy FREE private access to the SM North Edsa bridge EXCLUSIVE for condominium guests. Guests must provide IDs and Gate Pass to cross the bridge at any given time. Other things to note Guests must provide provide the EXACT number of guests in order to process the correct visitors pass. Failure to to do so may cause a delays on your day . Currently our washing machine is not operational. There is a laundry services across the street from the tower entrance. Sorry for the inconvenience.
