Your own room in our very private, quiet house with private bath, shared kitchen, laundry, wifi and shared living room with fireplace. Plenty of parking. Great neighborhood convenient to everywhere. Two excellent parks nearby including tennis courts, bikeshare (Holyspokes) and numerous restaurants. We live on site so you will see us and we will be happy to help you, but will also respect your privacy and space. We will ask the same of you. We have a dog and a cat. No Smoking. The space The house was built in the 1940's and substantially updated over the course of the last 10 years. We have a work space for one in the shared living room used during the day. Your room is on the ground floor as are the kitchen, dining room, living room and sun room. These areas are connected in a pretty open way and you are welcome to use the kitchen. We use the sunroom to hang out in so reserve that room for our use. It is a quiet house. During your stay We (married couple in our 60s) and our 24 year old son will be around preparing & eating breakfast and dinner most days. One of us works from home.
