CROSSBRIDGE CREEK EDMOND CABINS (search to find us) We would love to host your family on our 17 acre unique property! Enjoy privacy in a separate 1 bedroom cabin with king size Tempurpedic bed and Queen sleeper sofa. Well equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and Smart TV. Pool available from May to September - shared with hosts and one other guesthouse. We can arrange for private pool time for your family 2 hrs daily. POLICY: No smoking or pets. Parties/ events need special permission and additional fees. The space Private 1 bedroom (King tempurpedic) 1 bathroom (walk in rain shower) cabin with sleeper sofa, well equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer. Covered porch with picnic table. 17 acres of gorgeous wooded land to explore and enjoy. Private pond and access to pool and tennis court. You will never want to leave! Guest access Cabin with covered parking and covered porch, located in corner of our 17 acre lot. You can walk around the property and reserve time for nearby pool and tennis court! Other things to note PLEASE REVIEW POLICIES BELOW: Crossbridge Creek is a unique 17 acre peaceful oasis in the heart of Edmond OK! We know you will enjoy this beautiful setting with your family. We have 3 guest cabins on different corners of the lot gand the owners live on site in the main house in center of the property. We work very hard to make your stay memorable! SWIMMING POOL: Open 8 am to 8 pm from May 1 to September 30. Accessible to all guests during their stay resort style If pool not reserved. Guests can book 2 hours private swim time daily by messaging host- can reserve anytime after booking confirmed. Pool is available for registered guests only. ***Daytime visitors to property or pool will be subject to extra guest fee $20 per person and must have approval from host.*** There is an electronic safety cover on the pool that will be kept closed when not in use. PARTIES/EVENTS Parties/ special events are NOT ALLOWED without permission from host and are subject to additional fees. This is due to liability risks on our gated property. Ask host about parties/ events rate. ***Property is under 24 hour surveillance and if we find out you are hosting an unauthorized party, you will be subject to $500 penalty and being asked to leave immediately *** SMOKING This is a non smoking property. If we find evidence of smoking cigarettes/ vapes/ THC in the guest house will be subject to $250 additional cleaning fee. PETS No pets allowed. If we find evidence of pets in the guest house will be subject to $250 additional cleaning fee. PARKING Please use driveways and parking spots in front of your cabin. Do NOT drive or park on grass anywhere on property TENNIS COURT We have a full size tennis court with balls/ racquets available for use. Please ask host 2 hrs in advance if you want to play tennis.
