Vibrant central flat in Bristol free parking zone

This is a newly renovated south facing Georgian flat, spacious and flooded with sunlight. Located on the first floor of a quiet residential building and in the only central area with free parking on the surrounding streets. It is set back from the longest street of independent shops in the UK, with every type of restaurant right on your doorstep. An 8 minute flat walk takes you to the vibrant area of Stokes Croft, Montpelier and St. Pauls, leading on to the city centre and the Harbourside! The space I love to make the space immaculately clean and welcoming and it's a beautiful flat, with a good vibe and a lovely light space to spend time in. I hope you will enjoy it! The flat is situated on the first floor of a casual Georgian house. The bedroom is at the back of the building and benefits from the evening sun and quietness. Furnished with a brand new double bed, new mattress and 100% cotton, white, spotless and ironed bed linen. The room has an area to hang clothes and is designed to be minimal. The open plan living area is spacious with high ceilings and two huge south facing windows which flood the room with sunlight. The decor is eclectic & arty with plants - designed to be a beautiful space to relax in after exploring the city. It's a great space to cook or work in, with super fast Wifi and a brand new kitchen. The sofa area is made up of two single beds that are extremely comfortable and accessorised with Moroccan cushions. If you are two friends visiting and one of you wishes to sleep in the living room; I am happy to accommodate. There is a small charge for laundering an extra set of bedding (£15) Please be aware that the room is light and there is more noise at the front of the house with Gloucester Road below. Please message me at time of booking to make me aware of your sleeping arrangements. The bathroom is incredibly compact. The shower is electric and it is fitted above a small bath. I provide quality organic shampoo, organic conditioner and organic soaps, a hairdryer and plenty of white towels, an iron and an ironing board. If you are coming with young children please be very mindful of the floor to ceiling windows in the living room. They open at the bottom or the top, but please take extra care so that they do not pose the risk of a child falling out. The streets that surround the flat are the only part of central Bristol that have unrestricted parking. It is also just outside of the clean air zone and if you have an older car, it is possible to avoid driving through the centre of Bristol to get to the flat. The wifi is also super fast if you are working or watching movies. There is no TV so bring your laptop if you want to watch anything during your stay :)
