The space Spacious, fully carpeted, pleasant space situated in lower floor of house. The flat has its own access and is FULLY PRIVATE. There are no shared spaces with the remainder of our house. Guest access You will have full private access to the whole flat Other things to note 10-15 min walk to Woolworths and Coles supermarkets and public transport. NO SMOKING (inside flat or on the property), and no pets. Lots of offsite public paths, tracks, park benches etc within 100m of the house. While we will of course respect your comfort and amenity, please note that the flat is part of our house (but separated and not jointly accessible). As we have wooden flooring upstairs, you will hear sounds from us moving about but we do try to walk softly, and are careful shifting our dining room chairs. Also, when it rains heavily you will hear water running through a 90mm white plastic drain pipe that passes along the ceiling and down one wall inside the flat (shown in bedroom photos).
