This charming wooden loft-style apartment offers a very warm and friendly space, completely renovated and equipped, that can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. The space The loft with a floor area of 80 m2 has an entrance hall followed by a small living room. In the center of this large room is the pool table that converts into a dining table as well as a wood-burning stove (only decorative). The fully equipped and fitted kitchen has all the everyday utensils. The accommodation has a bathroom with shower cabin and a dressing area. There are two rooms with 2 beds in the mezzanine. Only the shower room part is partitioned at the bottom. Listing description: • 2-level entrance hall with coat rack and shoe storage • Living room with sofa bed (small bed 110 x 190) • 4K Smart TV with apps available with your MyCanal, Disney+, YouTube, Prime Video credentials... Access to TNT channels with Orange TV box available • Sono, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Fiber available • Dining room (convertible pool table, dining table 213 x 120 cm. High chair can be provided. Guest access The accommodation has a separate entrance + 2 private parking spaces The loft, due to its atypical location, is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Here’s what to know: Available from 8am to 10pm 7 days a week for any questions and 24 hours a day for emergencies. It is important to note that we make the choice to pay you the cleaning fee (€50), to send you a secure payment link outside the booking platform so that you control your costs. Following this payment, the lockbox code and self-check-in instructions will be sent to you by message. Flexible check-in/out is available upon request, depending on current bookings.
