Host lives upstairs. Everything in the basement is not shared with the host. 0.5 mile from I-95, walking distance to restaurants, grocery, gas stations, Costco, parks, bike/jogging trails. 20 minutes from BWI airport & Amtrak station. A basement in a single family home, quiet neighborhood, near Merriweather Pavilion, convenient location to grocery stores, shopping center, airport, Amtrak train station, malls, parks, bike trails, lakes, and more places. Host lives upstairs. We have a dog and a cat. Guest access the whole basement and not being shared by the host. Private entrance and private parking that fits for 2 cars. The host might need to access the electrical room if needed for any electrical troubleshooting. Host lives upstairs and will be available to offer help. If host isn’t available, someone else can help on behalf of the host. Very quiet and secluded neighborhood with private driveway at a dead end road. But, very convenient walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations (Costco and Royal farm), and shopping centers. There’s a beautiful trail for jogging/walking, walking your dogs, or biking that’s a block away from the property (see pictures on the listing) Dedicated parking for Airbnb guests on a private driveway in the back by the entrance to the Airbnb unit. Parking space can fit 2 vehicles. Please see check in instructions for details once you have a confirmed reservation. Entrance is using smart lock so guests can do self check-in and checkout. Guests can use a dedicated stacked laundry machine (detergent and softener are provided) for longer stay so you don’t need to pack so much. Full kitchen equipped with necessary tools so you can cook and don’t need to eat out all the time. Snacks, breakfast cereals, oatmeal, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, quick meals, seasonings, olive oil are provided. If you are bringing your pet(s) please indicate that information on the reservation. There will be a one time fee per trip for pets. Maximum number of pets is 2 dogs/cats. Your pets can be unattended as long as they are well trained or stay in a crate. Please pick up your pet’s waste and clean up your pet’s paws 🐾 in case of rain and muddy outside. I will provide old towels for your pets cleaning, please do not use the guests towels for such cleaning. Please do not let your pets on the furniture and beds since it makes it hard for the cleaning crew to clean and discomfort for other guests.
