The bedrooms are located upstairs, as well as the master bathroom, toilet and a large games room. On the ground floor, the kitchen with its large bar will allow you to spend pleasant moments. The house is old and cool in the summer, which is very nice. The space This gated property consists of a large 236 m2 farmhouse and an adjoining 1200 m2 garden. The pool, in the center of the garden, has the following dimensions: 10 m × 5 m. Three large steps provide easy access. The depth varies up to 1.70 m. Around it, a large table accommodates up to 8 people. 4 deckchairs and 2 sun loungers are available for guests to rest on. Young children will also find happiness with a sandbox and swing. A gas plancha will allow you to enjoy good grilled meats. The farmhouse has 2 levels: - on the ground floor: a large dining room with fireplace and exposed stones, a large fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a laundry room, in which is located the downstairs shower room as well as the washing machine and dryer. You go upstairs through the kitchen. Barriers secure the top and bottom of the stairs for little ones. Upstairs: a large bedroom with adjoining dressing room and elliptical bike. Pool views.
