Great location very near transport and open spaces, Broadway Market 3 mins and Victoria Park is 5 minutes and a Sainsbury Local downstairs. A lovely unique creatively designed home. The room is clean and simply decorated and is a good size bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and consort desk. The space This well maintained two bedroom apartment is light and spacious which I designed myself as I wanted something a little more interesting than just white walls and of course I love plants as you can see. The bedroom is a good size with a double bed, enough space for your clothes and suitcases and i have black out blind in the window. The room decorated simply and has a couple of my friend’s artwork and some plants. There’s a travel adapter, hairdryer and umbrella if you need to borrow these. The apartment has one bathroom which is shared with myself it has both a shower and bath and hot water 24/7. Kitchen is full equipped with everything you would need as well as a small dishwasher which is super handy and you can help yourself to coffee or tea!! The Wi-Fi is fibre optic which is fast and In the living room I have a breakfast bar which has 24” monitor if you should need to use this to work on. I live close to Cambridge Heath and Liverpool Street Station so trains do go by and run until 1am normally. I do provide earplugs in the rooms for sleeping if you need them but to be honest you get use to them. I’m a creative professional who works in a studio in south London and work 4 days a week. I’ve lived in east London for a long time so I’ll be happy to offer and advise you on anything you need if it’s your first here. I also have list of suggestions of restaurants, bakeries, bars and cocktail bars which are local to here which I can share. If you like running as I do, there is Victoria park which is a great park to run in or you can run along Regents canal and see life on the canal. Lastly the apartment is non smoking(vape inside) but you can sit and smoke on balcony and watch the trains go by and It’s a great place to catch some rays when the suns out!!
