For singles/couples looking for a semi rural one-bedroom cottage to escape to, with excellent motorway links, also popular with professionals seeking an alternative to a hotel room. The cottage was a stable back in the day when the house was named Horsley Cottage in the 1800's. The homestay includes a log burner, underfloor heating, microwave, slow cooker, coffee machine & bathroom. There is a dining table which could be used as a workspace, lounge & first floor bedroom. Dogs welcome. The space The space is quirky, open plan, furnished to a high standard and is very comfortable. Log burner for cosy nights in. There is limited cooking facilities as per the description. Guest access Car park space, cottage and court yard. Other things to note Leave the cottage clean and tidy as you found it and strip the bed and leave all used linen and towels in the bathroom. One well-behaved sociable dog is welcome but please bear in mind the following house rules: I am extremely well behaved and won't be noisy in the retreat. As much as I would love to sneak on the furniture or creep into bed, I know that I can't. My owners will pick up after me and dispose of doggy bags in a proper manner. I will not be left alone in the cottage. I am all up to date with my flea treatment.
