Full bed; fully remodeled. 2 adults- 1 bed. The space has a private entrance and is in a private community with a view of the second green with a beautiful creek running along the back of the natural wooded property, very private. The space Full access to the suite/ private lower deck fire pit— as long as there are not burn bands in place by city,county. There are outside steps to the space- and the entrance is on the back of the house. The back yard is natural with a creek running across the back- yard is not fenced, so pets have use of the yard, but not a fenced area. Other things to note If the guests have any disabilities (impacted by steps- outside)- this would not be an ideal location- while the stairs are not a challenge-I want it to be apparent that there are outside steps which could pose a challenge for some).
