Rental unit in St. Louis

Updated one bedroom Apartment just steps away from the Historic Soulard Neighborhood. Soulard is known for its walkability and lively neighborhood bars/restaurants. Easy access to all highways and just minutes from downtown. Pet friendly-one time additional cleaning fee is charged. NO LOCALS Bookings will be accepted. The space One bedroom apartment unit with a full bath. Full kitchen like a normal apartment so great for longer stays...especially if you want to do a bit of cooking. I have a fully functioning kitchen with plates/pots/pans/spices etc. Washer/Dryer in the basement your welcome to use if needed. There is also a drop off laundry mat around the corner on 9th Street. MY FAV place in STL is City Museum check out on YouTube. Security cameras: Ring cameras are installed in exterior and common areas only. No cameras are located inside the unit or in private spaces. FREE PARKING directly behind the unit and street parking is FREE! One spot directly behind the unit in a parking lot or street parking is free and easy. There are no other buildings across the street, so parking is never an issue other than Mardis Gras weekend. I try to furnish the units with things you may forget or need.... if you need something, feel free to ask. I may have it in the unit. Towels, blankets, extra sheets, blow dryer etc..is all here. If it's in the unit you are welcome to use it or eat it! Guest access This is a 4 family building. I own the entire building. There is a front door to the building that then leads to the door to the units. The front door and the unit locks are on combo deadbolt locks that are battery operated. So self check in is at anytime after 3:00. The codes to both doors will be sent just prior to check in. I try to do my best to work with early/late check out's but keep in mind that I book my cleaning crew and have to work with their schedule also. We however can accomodate luggage storage. Other things to note If you do not have text messaging or are visiting from another country please let me know that you will not have cell phone.
