If you are looking for a familiar and welcoming place, but above all if you like comforts and don't want to miss anything, then our house is the ideal place for you! First of all, you can take advantage of a spacious garage (you can park two cars, a large one and a city car) directly under the house. Then the apartment has private access directly from the terrace-garden on the street side, which will lead you to a second tree-lined garden hidden inside (the ideal place for an outdoor breakfast, an hour of relaxation or an aperitif with friends). Internally, the apartment has two double bedrooms (one with the option to choose between a double bed or two single beds), both with private bathroom and a large living area with kitchen and lounge area with sofa and armchairs. From the living area, three French windows communicate directly with the internal garden. The spacious and well-organized kitchen is complete with an oven, dishwasher and a water filtering device. Both bathrooms are complete with toilet, bidet, shower and one of the two has a whirlpool tub. A washer/dryer, fast internet connection (1gb fiber), air conditioning, 55'' LG oled TV and for those who want it and know how to play it...there is also a piano! Summer 2024!
